Отличное расположение, прямо напротив железнодорожного вокзала. Я приехал рано утром, несмотря на это меня разместили и дали номер, все чисто, аккуратно, большое спасибо хозяину и всему персоналу, с удовольствием ещё раз остановлюсь в этом отеле

I booked a single room. When i saw the document verification at the reception, i thought that the lodge would be a very professional set up. When i opened the room, i realized that it was an old dilapidated room. After someone uses the toilet, they put the cover and keep it closed without even flushing it. There is no chair. No glass. No cleanliness. Totally disappointed.

Due to power failure the ac was not working and the power backup was there only to manage a fan which was running very slow. Even it not throwing air. We were very uncomfortable, specially my old age parents. We booked ac rooms for comfortable stay, but did not have the comfort.

The room is very small and not in regular square shape. Cleanliness also not good. We stayed for 2 days but they didn’t clean the room after a day we stayed. We requested to change the bed spread also but they said no bed spread are there. Hotel outside looks like star hotel but inside it’s not like a normal lodge.

One of the most terrible experience i had when i reached hotel it was not having lift we need to carry all luggage to two floors, at the reception one boy was seating in very shabby surrounding & stinking smell was in entire property including room i checked the room it was having dirty curtains & damaged window. though i reach around 11 o clock at night & very tired, i was not having courage to stay in this hotel i asked for refund but the owner refused so i left the hotel without check in & got room in adjacent hotel
